Cancel/Refund Subscription

    Managing your membership just got easier! With our Subscription Management portal, you can easily cancel or request a refund for your subscription in a few simple steps. To cancel your subscription, head over to the Manage Membership area and you will see a button that allows you to cancel.

    Click on this and provide us with your reasons for cancelling - your feedback helps us understand any issues or problems you may have encountered, so we can make sure they are taken care of. If you are looking to request a refund, you can do so easily in the Manage Subscription area.

    Please note that our terms are very specific about when refunds are granted and it is at our sole discretion whether or not to approve a refund request. If, for example, we can see that you have accidentally purchased multiple subscriptions, we would be happy to issue a refund. Please provide us with your reasons for the refund request and you will receive a notification of acceptance or denial.
