LIVE STREAMING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our service. By accessing our live streams, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not access or use our service.
Scope of Service
Our live streaming service provides you with access to live streams of events and other content. We may also provide access to recorded content for a limited time after the live stream has ended. The availability of live streams and recorded content may vary depending on the event or content and the creator of the live stream. New features of the live streaming services may be added in the future.
Subscription and Fees
Access to our live streaming service may require a subscription or payment of fees. The terms of any subscription or fees will be provided to you before you access the live streaming service. By subscribing or paying fees, you agree to the terms of the subscription or fees. For our Lifetime and Community paid members, live streaming access is included in your membership. Free members can access live streaming through our Free Member + streaming paid membership option.
We reserve the right to remove access to the live streaming feature to any and all users.
Access and Use
You may access our live streaming service through the methods provided by us. You may only use our live streaming service for personal purposes unless you have a registered business/organisation account or any other such account that we deem suitable to live stream content for business or commercial purposes. You may not use our live streaming service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our live streaming service as well as our other Terms and Conditions and policies.
Content
We may provide live streams of events and other content through our live streaming service. We may also provide recorded content for a limited time after the live stream has ended. The content we provide may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content provided through our live streaming service without our prior written consent or the consent of the respective owners.
Content must still be compliant with this policy and our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Social Standards Policy
We request that any discussions or content that may be triggering to viewers comes with a content warning in the title of the Live stream. Any Live Streams that contain content that we believe breaches our social standards policy, will be removed and deleted. Please be mindful of issues NSFW content and our Social Standards Policy and site etiquette regarding keeping NSFW and graphic content in private settings and not public forums.
We have provided and will expand on categories that live stream content can be listed under. Not all access is granted for each category, and certain categories are restricted to certain user types.
Privacy and NSFW Content
Live streaming can be made Public (everyone can watch), Friends only (only your friends can watch) and Private (only available to you). As per our social standards policies, all explicit sexual acts must be kept in the private sphere, educational content that discusses NSFW topics, such as sex, fetishes, kinks, bdsm practices etc are an exception.
Please note that Admin and Moderators may move NSFW content from public to private if the content does not meet our standards for educational content.

Live Streaming of NSFW gaming is accepted as long as there are content warnings in the Stream title.

Moderation
Live Streams will be moderated by Admin and Moderators of the site. Users are encouraged to report unsafe, harmful, illegal, or inappropriate live streams and recording. Live streams that are in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the other Terms of Service of the site, will be shut down and recordings deleted and the users may have their subscription cancelled and accounts banned
Admin and moderators may move content to different categories or change privacy level.
User Content
We may allow you to post, upload, or otherwise submit content, including comments and feedback, through our live streaming service. By submitting user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your user content in any media or format, whether now known or later developed. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your user content and that your user content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
Disclaimers
Our live streaming service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our live streaming service or any content provided through our live streaming service.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with your use of our live streaming service or any content provided through our live streaming service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our live streaming service or any content provided through our live streaming service or your violation of these terms and conditions.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting the modified terms and conditions on our website or otherwise notifying you of the modifications. Your continued use of our live streaming service after the modifications have been posted or notified constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Termination
We may terminate your access to our live streaming service at any time, with or without cause, without notice, and without liability to you.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be brought in the courts of the jurisdiction in which we are located, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
