Group Moderation

At Altlife, we strive to create a safe and respectful community for all of our members. That's why we have a dedicated team of administrators and owners who are responsible for ensuring that all groups and their members continue to comply with all of our policies.

All groups, regardless of their privacy settings, are regularly moderated by our admin and moderation team, who have the ability to access, read, and view all interactions within the groups. We also have a robust reporting system that allows users to report any groups, group members, group admins, posts, and content within a group that they feel is inappropriate or in breach of our terms of service, privacy policy, social standards, or any other site policy.

Rest assured that all reports are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly for the safety of all users. The nature of the report and the content being reported will determine the action taken by the Altlife team. Depending on the severity of the violation, different restrictions and bans may be put in place on individuals and entities that are deemed to be in breach of our policies. Some examples include:

    • Removing or deleting the group
    • Restricting group owners/administrators from creating groups for a specified period of time or permanently
    • Restricting individuals from joining, posting, or creating groups for a specified period of time or permanently
    • In serious cases, permanently banning the account.

It's important to note that these policies apply not just to individual accounts but also to business accounts and organizations on the site. Altlife's goal is to provide a safe and engaging community for all of our members, and by adhering to our policies, we can all work together to achieve that goal.
