This journal will help you find some comfort and healing and help you navigate the rollercoaster of emotions that come with grief.
 
Grief can be difficult and while this journal can be extremely useful it is not a replacement for professional help.

some might not know - and others may have (depending if you have seen a tiktok a little while ago) but my mum has been dealing with terminal cancer, and I have been dealing with the emotions that go with that as well - including grief. So i have been working on getting this up on here for anyone who is currently or may unfortunately have to experience grief xxx
