Redflag websites

Lets create a thread about redflag websites relating to BDSM and kink. The same way those in the community talk about individuals who are consent violators, abusers etc we should be talking about websites that damage the image of the community and lifestyle. 
 
If you come across websites that could be concerning please provide information in this thread eg: the website and why it demonstrates redlfags.
 
For example websites that:
  • Provides bad or incorrect educational information regarding BDSM/Kink
  • False advertising in regards to what it offers compared to what it actually does offer
  • Asks for money without any information eg: can't view the site or any information about the site without first paying (hard paywall), no business details,
  • no proper policies around privacy
  • no ability to contact the owner or remove your information from the site
  • Predatory/grooming behaviour
There are a lot of great resources and websites out there, and we have listed a few in our recommended links (in the altlife.education drop down), but there is also a range of very bad and concerning sites out there.

I have been investigating this site and these are my thoughts:
 
1. There is no information about the owner, and no business information either despite being a paid site and no contact information to reach the owner/business. 
2. Terms of Service are generic from the ning.com company that the website was created through 
3. There is no privacy policy on how user data will be used or not used which is in breach of numerous laws
4. No way of deleting or removing your information if you sign up but don't want to pay immediately
5. No information about unsubscribing in the welcome email which is also in breach of various laws in different countries
6. There is no information about the features of the site or what you get for your membership despite it requiring you to pay immediately
7. if you don't pay immediately the site has a notice in the tab heading which says you have an overdue payment.
 
I would be very concerned about a site that is not transparent in it's dealings with anyone and reads like a scam. 
 
One of the things we talk about in this community is open and transparent communication, yet this site can't even provide a proper privacy policy in regards to the use of members' data. This is a HUGE red flag from a business and legal perspective.
